TikTok Technically Doesn't Comply with Brazilian Law (LGPD/Felca). Here's Why

I analyzed TikTok version 47.7.1 with REA: the app doesn't spy on the rest of your phone, but it builds a persistent, encrypted fingerprint of the device, re-sends your identifiers, measures how you touch and hold the phone, and logs everything you do inside it. I explain why DNS blocking or modifying the app doesn't solve it, why the only way out today is isolating TikTok on a secondary phone or a separate profile, how the app gives the US and Europe a treatment Brazil doesn't get, and where it clashes with Brazil's LGPD and the Lei Felca, with the ANPD having already fined ByteDance.
